Brookstone Builders Is Awarded Scottish Rite Masons Project

project award

All of us here at Brookstone Builders are happy to announce that we have been awarded a renovation project by the Scottish Rite of Masons, Northern Masonic Jurisdiction.

The project will involve interior renovations of approximately 5,000 square feet at 223 Main Street in Nashua. The scope of work will include demolition, abatement, the installation of structural supports, a new elevator, new windows, an additional stairwell, new bathrooms, and a new HVAC unit, along with other improvements and finishes.

When completed, the space will house one of the organization’s Children’s Dyslexia Centers. For over two decades, the Scottish Rite Masons, Northern Masonic Jurisdiction, have been national leaders in the effort to help children and their families overcome the painful obstacles of dyslexia. They currently operate over forty centers in thirteen states.

Ryan Ouellette will be Brookstone Builders’ Project Manager, architecture will be provided by Kurt Lauer Architects of Goffstown, NH, and the project’s engineers will be Pyramid Engineering of Freemont, NH.

“We appreciate this award as well as this opportunity to help further the good work being done by the Scottish Rite of Masons to help afflicted children and their families,” said Paula Scales, Brookstone Builder’s President.
