All of us here at Brookstone Builders are happy to announce that we have completed a demolition and construction project for the State of New Hampshire Fish & Game Department.
The scope of work involved the demolition of an existing cottage at the 53 Emery Lane site in Greenland, the construction of a 50’ x 38’ three-bay garage, landscaping around a pavilion, building a stone patio, and paving portions of the access road and parking areas.
Stephen Nichols was Brookstone Builders’ Project Manager and the project’s architect was Oak Point Associates of Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
“We have appreciated our long-standing business relationship with the State of New Hampshire,” said Brookstone Builder’s President Karen Scales.
“We’re looking forward to continuing that relationship and to the possibility of serving as a resource for future projects.”
