All of us here at Brookstone Builders are happy to announce that we have completed a renovation project at the Federal Express shipping center on Industrial Drive in Londonderry, NH.
This initiative involved a range of updates to the entire facility, which is owned by Aeroterm, LLC of Annapolis Maryland, a leading owner and provider of capital, expertise, and facility related services to airports throughout North America.
The scope of work included striping of the warehouse floor, replacement of all overhead warehouse doors, parking lot repairs, sealing and parking lot line painting. Interior work included the replacement of select interior door, office ceilings, and flooring, along with upgrades to all
restrooms and interior lighting.
Scott Launier was Brookstone Builders’ Project Manager.
