All of us here at Brookstone Builders are happy to announce that we have been selected to perform a renovation project by the US Navy.
This initiative will involve the addition of two unisex bathrooms and an electrical utility room to an existing building (B177) at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. The scope-of-work will encompass framing, flooring, drywall, painting, roof work, exterior siding, and the installation of an exterior concrete pad to support cooling equipment.
Scott Launier will serve as Brookstone Builders’ Project Manager, and Brookstone Builders will be a subcontractor on this project, with CCI Utility and Construction Services, LLC of Manchester, Maine serving as the primary contractor.
“We appreciate our ongoing professional relationships with the Navy and CCI,” said Brookstone Builder’s President Paula Scales. “It has been a great partnership involving numerous projects over several years, which have all been completed more effectively thanks to the Navy’s streamlined processes and straightforward protocols for communication.”
