All of us here at Brookstone Builders are happy to announce that we have been awarded a multi-faceted project by Hillsborough County of NH.
The project will involve interior renovations as well as new construction at the Hillsborough County Complex at 329 Mast Rd in Goffstown.
The scope of work will include a renovation of the second floor of the Bouchard building, which houses the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s office. In addition, an existing barn will be demolished, and a new structure will be built for Hillsborough County UNH Cooperative Extension. Site work and parking lot upgrades will also be made.
Veterans Development Corporation in Norwell, MA will be the Construction Manager and Brookstone Builders, Inc. will serve as the General Contractor. Paul Beaudet is the point of contact for Veterans Development Corp and is the Project Manager for the job.
“We’re happy to have been awarded this project,” said Karen Scales, Brookstone Builder’s President. “We have enjoyed a very good business relationship with the County over the years and look forward to working with them once again on this project.”
